The two paintings on the right were created completey from my imagination. I see them as both the cosmos and also a microscopic view of evolving matter. For me, in my most peaceful times, i see the entire universe as the same, meaning elementally, everything is made of the same-stuff. Most of my paintings, including these two, were done in my studio.

These two paintings are the opposite of each other. The center of the one on top is the outer most part of the one below, and the center of the one below is the outer most part of the one on top. The color mixtures and the proportions were created using the mathmatical proportiions of Fibonacci's Golden Mean. ( every number contains the two before ~ 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 etc. and then I used the ratio of that sequence, ie 5 divided by 8)...
On the lighter side, the one on top, Fibonacci Spiral, Yellow Center, appeared in Saks Fifth Avenue's advertising campaign, "Live a Little".
